Mikey, Shoot a bit of WD-40 around the base of the studs, front and back, screw a sacrificial nut onto the stud, just nearly flush with the outer end, and tap out with a hammer. You may want to remove the nut while the stud still has some grip, depending on how hard you had to "tap" it. Hope this helps, Larry
