I can't comment on Netscape, but in Internet Explorer 5.0 in the message
rules section under the tools pulldown I have set the a rule that says,  if
the "To:" line contains "vanagon" then move it to the vanagon folder.  It
works fine for me.  I don't remember if this feature was in IE 4 or not.
