i have a 87 syncro and i just replaced my rear shoes and wheel cylinders. i bled the brakes till new fluid and no bubbles were present. i readjusted the rear adjusters through that stupid little hole till all felt well. took it out in a test area and at first it felt great, then the pedal went to the floor. yikes!! i checked for leaks= none. i cant pump them and they feel fine. 2-5 seconds later the pedal goes to the floor. has anyone else had this problem? i have the Bentley book and i work on Navy helicopters i have always owned vw's and i am stuck on this one. could it be the booster or the master cylinder? i don't know but how can i tell?

tia
