I do not believe that the '68 through '70 will fit.  They are a larger
diameter than '71 and later.  I have these hubcaps on the Syncro.  I could
get a set of four for a bit more than half the price of one of the full wheel
covers that were original.  Plus I plan on putting wheel rings on there too.
