I have a S/A grill im my 85 CREW and love it ,it is a basic installation .there are a few tricks though.you have to transfer over the fastener at the top center(easy).you also need to open up the twist receicers on the body ,I put my screwdriver in the center and just widened the receiver ,the s/a grill has long studs which click in to the receivers if they aren't opened up you will never get the grill back off for service. Mine came with factory style driving light with a offset connector .If you look at VW's and AUDI's you will see that the w/s washer pump has the perfect plug on it to give you a factory lookin installation ,You can either cut the wires long and butt connect them or obtain the factory style connectors that lock into the plug and make it look like it came from HANOVER (I have the connectors ). One of the hardest things to do is get the placement of the lights correct , I just put double stick tape on the light ,put the light in the grill gently and pushed the lights up against the body and followed with small sheet metal screws and touched up any bare metal with touchup paint to stop any possible problems. I happen to have a secondary fuse panel panel behind the glove box to power all of my accesories ,so I drilled a hole in the body and put a grommet in it and ran a wire to power the factory fog light switch and wow instant daylighyt.
