I haven't checked, but I believe you will find these bulletins along with many others in one of the files available from the vanagon ftp site. Go to www.vanagon.com and following the mail list link. From there follow the file archive link to the ftp site. The technical directory there has many service bulletins in it all combined into a single file called VW-Technical-Bulletins.txt. Here's the direct URL ftp://gerry.vanagon.com/pub/technical/VW-Technical-Bulletins.txt

If you haven't checked out this ftp site, take a look. There is a lot of good stuff there.
