Hi all-

Many thanks to the list family for help in getting my peepers working again.
The prize goes out to Tom Hanlon (hanran.inc@CWIXMAIL.COM) who guessed it:
corroded ground terminal - who woulda thunk!
After all that screwin around and stress...lesson learned about VW's: "the
problem is usually smaller than you think".
Now let's see if we can get all those new parts returned...
