Greetings Fellow Listers,

A friend of mine is interested in a 1988 Westfalia for sale. It's probably a GL from his description of the interior with 144K miles on it. The heads have recently been rebuilt. One owner, complete records of the work. Clean inside, but a small tear in the pop-up fabric and the screen was shot. It comes with other stuff, like a tent that attaches to the side of the van. It was owned by the elderly father of the woman who is selling it. He's owned a series of VW camper vans all his life apparently. The price is $12,700 but bear in mind this is in Marin County, CA, where prices for just about everything are highly than a most places. Any thoughts, suggestions?

Thanks in advance, Marty

1986 Westfalia, '91 Miata
