There is a second mark on the next flange of the pulley, more of a rounded indentation -- this indicates TDC. There is a small green or black box on the left bulkhead forward of the coil -- this is the ignition stabilizer. To set the time, you have to unplug the wires from this (power off) and plug them into each other. Then set the idle speed to 800 rpm and set timing. Shut off power and reconnect idle stabilizer. When it is working properly it will make the timing jump around several degrees at idle.
