Subject:      Help: Vent windows blow close while driving!

81 Vanagon vent windows open and close nicely, but blow closed when driving
over 35 mph.  Remember-this year does not crank open, just pushes open
manually.  Question:  How does one adjust the bottom pivot on the glass to
remain open while driving??  It's hot here in Atlanta.
