When I did it, I just used a long piece of pipe over the 3/4"breaker bar handle and calculated the amount of length needed for my weight standing on the end of the handle (Lbs X Feet of extension at the center of your foot) to tighten it. (only about 2 1/4 feet for me, as I recall). If the final angle of the bar is other than horizontal (likely), slide the pipe out some to compensate. To be totally correct, measure the angle and use trig. If I did this very often, I'd get a serious torque wrench, but once every 5 years I can handle.
