It does not have to be trademarked. They could sue right now based on that e-mail to me telling why they chose "Westy." I was amazed at their candor. This would be misappropriation of trade name or style of doing business, among other commonlaw business torts. Also, westfalia probably is trademarked. If I were to forward that e-mail to the VW attorney noted in the post last week about VW going after that ISP VW.net, i am sure a letter would follow. But it's none of my business!
