Joe,

The synthetic Red Line MTL (75W/80W) and MT-90 (75W/90W) products have both been recommended, with the MTL probably better north, and MT-90 better south.

I think a warm drain and fill is adequate, but I do remember Todd Hill suggesting an ATF flush for really crudded trannies.
