There is a cool instant camper kit made for the EV MV or MV Weekender in Germany. You remove the seats, and the cabinets fit into the seat brackets and lock in place just like the seats do. The sink unit sits behind the passenger, and is self contained. It has 2 containers that sit behind the cabinet. One of these if for your fresh water, and the other collects the water from the sink. All you need to do is connect the 12v electrical line. The cabinet behind the driver would hold the stove and frig. I don't know the type of fuel used for the stove, but imagine it is self contained also. The frig is likely only 12V and 220V.

I'll take a look at these next month when I'm in Germany and report back.
