I believe I have read somewhere that the poptop used by Winnebago on the regular bodied EV is the same offered by VW in Germany. I believe that the poptop offered in the US is prepared and mounted by the VW factory. The pics of the poptops in the websites http://www.vw.com and http://www.vwn.de sure look similar.
