Ken, just wanted to let you know that I will be dealing with S&S Headers directly from now on.....I just couldn't wait around for you to get back to me any longer while I remain without a car.

This is the first time I have ever purchased anything off the Internet and have found it to be an unpleasant experience. I am in Los Angeles with a problem with a product I bought from your shop, leaving multiple messages (at Vanagain) and return numbers so that I may be contacted wherever I am at, you have only gotten back to me once! I remain without a car, no way to get to work or get the duties of the day done. For whatever reason you cannot find the time to get back to me and let me know what is going on has left enough of a bad taste that I think others should know what is happening over at your outfit. I truly hope that this is an isolated incident and that I will owe you an apology at some point. However this feeling of isolation and helplessness is something that I hope no one else will have to go thru..........
