Well this is a first for me. My Westy is going on vacation without me. My father a former owner of a '66 Beetle with the forever frozen brakes and a Squareback that required an engine rebuild the night before my parents got married, is taking it through the Adirondacks. I gave him an overview of how everything works and a test drive and off he goes. In exchange, I get his Pontiac Bonneville and a power radio antenna to be installed. So if you see a tan/yellow '84 Westy heading towards Tupper Lake give a wave and honk and he'll do the same. -- Jason M. Yasment '84 Westfalia '98 Jetta TDI AOL IM: YasmentJM |
