The question is, is there an advantage to importing one way or the
other.  What I mean is.  Could you buy a Westy here in US, ship it to
Germany (or anywhere in Europe) and use it for your travels. Then sell
it for more than you paid?  Or the reverse, go to Europe, buy the Westy
there and travel, then bring it back for resale.
