Well, I've got the classic problem, too many vw's.  Must get rid of one or
two, let me know directly if you have some interest.

1980, Volkswagen  Vanagon , 130K miles, $2,000/OBO

                                    Manual Transmission

1980 Vanagon (aircooled). Lots of work done on this, but I
bought a house and another vanagon and just can't finish
the project. Mechanically seems like she's in good shape
now, lots of engine work, transmission changed out, full
engine/trans dropped and re-installed. Exterior could use
some attention, but it is straight with few nicks and/or
dents. Interior, everything works, all the electric and water
related camper stuff has been tested, the fridge works as
of last testing on AC. Gas hasn't been tested yet, but
there's no indication that anything is wrong, the tank is in
good shape and the valves and such seem to be all in
good order. The seats and rear bunk need re-covering,
the top bunk is in perfect condition. Tent is alright, zipper
needs a little attention but the fabric is all still good.
Comes with LOTS of spare parts. Spare tires and rims
(4), spare glass all around, spare doors (2), spare rear
hatch, spare engine cover (metal), spare transmission
(good), spare longblock(engine, mostly complete), lots of
spare engine electronics. This is a fun to drive
van and has potential to be a great camper too, just needs a
