you're right Ken, its not clear from the pics, thanks for explaning

That is true when the van is moving but I still worry about excessive heat build up in the engine compartment when the van is stationary and idling, esp. after a hard drive, and if a cat is fitted. I think some shielding may be useful, maybe modify and reuse the WB stuff? I say this 'cause I noticed a substantioal increase in engine comaprtemnt temps when i removed the shield (on my I4 conversion) that sits above the muffler on the stock diesel set up. I'm not saying that the heat will cause probs, just that it worries me :)
