Thanks to all who responded to my first inquiry to the list this week (belts, rich running, and heater blower). What a friendly, helpful bunch!

Mechanic has recommended replacing a torn "steering gear right bellows boot". Is this an urgent situation?

Can it be repaired, or must replace?

Thanks, Deena
