your mechanic sure does have a way with words...first he sez your drive belt needs replacing, when your van doesnt even have a drive belt...now he's telling you your "steering gear right bellows boot" needs replacing.. whats that? i ~assume~ he is trying to befuddle you regarding a cracked boot on your power steering rack.. at any rate, the boot might not be cracked, maybe the clamp came off, and it popped out of place. ive seen that before. just put it back in place like the one on your left side. easy fix, you can do it yourself. and get another "mechanic", too... :<) chris
