Sorry, no help for Jason... but I'm planning on adding an aux battery to my transporter. If I wire a normal battery parallel with a knife switch between the batteries, will this allow me to charge the aux while running and not drain the main while camping? Will my stock alternator handle this? Could it possibly cause coolent leakage at the heads (just kidding)?

Thanks J.Peter, '85 transporter "Snugvagon" Alfred, NY
