Try substituting your (good) spare at each corner of the van followed by a test drive. If the noise goes away while the spare is fitted to a particular corner you have found a bad tire or wheel. Tread separation is not always readily apparent upon visual inspection.

My Westy sounded like a jack hammer going off when we had a case of tread separation earlier this year. Thump, thump, thump - what a racket!
