As an FYI, the handles on the early Vanagons (84? and earlier) and later (85? and newer) are different. Be sure to get te right one if you find a Van at the wrecking yard.

Maybe one of the vendors could give you the exact year that it changed.

BTW, you need a new friend. ;)
