Not sure about the exact newsgroup address, but go through the rec.boat.------- listings in the newsgroup directory. rec.boat.paddle has more canoe and kayak stuff on it that you could ever imagine(300+ messages a day). rec.boat.race seems to be more totards powerboat racing. Good luck hunting.
