The infamous Todd Hill has been off the list & off work for a few months due
to family medical problems...Don't know when or if he will return. There is
no way to beef up an 091-1 trans without spending big bucks for marginal
gain. For your price range you should try to locate a used trans & keep a
light foot on the throttle :) My price of $900 for a basic rebuild Plus a
potential $400 core is way over your budget.
