I'd like to know this also, as I will likely be doing this soon to Reinhardt. So I consulted my Bentley for the Quantum Turbo Diesel. Page 21.2 shows the hose from the crankase breather connecting to a tee. One end of the tee connects to the Blow-Off valve on the end of the intake manifold. The other end of the tee connects to the air intake duct between the air cleaner box and the turbo charger. Apparently a little crankcase blowby is considered ok for turbo intake. I checked my basket of Quantum Turbo parts, and sure enough, I have the tee, and there's a nipple on the air intake ducting that matches this tee. On inspection of the ducting, it shows some oil inside where this nipple is. Also, the turbo (which I haven't cleaned up yet) shows a little bit of oil on the air input vanes.

If you got to Martin's page http://www.cs.rochester.edu/u/jag/vw/engine/turbo/turbo.html and look at the picture titled "Golf and Jetta TD Manifolds," you can see this ducting going into the turbo charger and the little PCV nipple is about half way up it on the left hand side. Also, if you go down Martin's page further, to the picture titled "Jetta Installation," you will see a litlle pancake shaped disk on top of the valve cover gasket. This may be what regulates the flow from the breather to the turbo. I also have this pancake gizmo in my basket of parts.

Hope this helps,
