Look closely... you've sent your unsubscribe request (which should be SIGNOFF) to LISTSERVE. Unfortunately, due to legacy restrictions on mailbox name length, the actual name is LISTSERV without the terminal "E".

Try it again using LISTSERV@GERRY.VANAGON.COM
