Two ways. One, get an allen wrench (I think a 4mm), and cut the short side
down until just a stub is left, but enough to engage in the bolt heads. It
can be wiggled into the bolts with some practice. The second method is to
use a drift punch and drive the pin through that connects the arm to it's
pivot (the part that is bolted to the seat), push against the padding on the
inner side of the armrest and you will see this pin. After removing the pin,
the armrest comes off and there are the bolts. Put a drop of Loctite on each
bolt if you do the second method, you'll never need to tighten them again.
