This is the law I've heard about.  Even as a smoker, it makes a whole lot more
sense than the banning of smoking in your car in general.  If a law passes
saying I can't smoke within the confines of my privately owned vehicle, then how
far behind that is a law saying I can't smoke in my own home (which I don't
because of the kids) or on my own property or even outdoors?

passing it.
