Tom, another "Learning" for your list:

One discovery that we made while installing the fuel lines and injector seals was that we weren't getting a good seal at one of the injectors where it enters the head. Some air would suck by the seal, the engine would hesitate, the leak was lessen, the engine throbbed, more air sucked in and we had the makings of an oscillating idle. When I applied a little hand pressure to the injector rail, the sucking stopped and the idle was smooth. It turns out that the DPO had dropped/lost/forgot the original 10 mm bolt for the injector "spectacles" so he used a 3/8 instead. When straightened the spectacles and used a new 10 mm bolt, the injector seals were snug and my idle is smooth (so far).

That is neat. Now I know what the extra foot of 7 mm tubing is good for.
