May I suggest building cabinets in the design of Michael Sullivan's Westy which accommodate the Norcold Refrigerator. I'd guess that there may be lots of interest from people wishing to replace the Dometic with a fridge that works.

I certainly would be interested in a replacement cabinet as shown at: http://www.hsdesign.com/vanagon/cabinet1_detail.html
