Subject: idle booster valve part numbers
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

Can someone tell me what the part #'s are for: the P/S & A/C idle booster control valves? (There are two shown in the Bently Vacumm diagram-late version. One controls boosting the idle when the A/C is turned on and one controls the idle when the steering is turned to lock.) I only have one in the engine compartment and assume that it is missing. Or did VW "convert" to only one?

I think I may need the part number for the sensor at the power steering pump as well. This sensor has two wires connected to it on goes to the boost valve and the other? Mine's nipped off and leads nowhere. The brown one goes to the booster valve that I know. Van is 85 GL 1.9l Later,
