This is unfortunately only available for Euro listees, as parts are almost impossible to find in US.

I read on the German VW Bus Forum that the head rests from Ford Sierra fits right into the slots on the seats, and the are adjustable. Only modification needed is that the slots for the height are in the front, so you have to cut new in the back. Maybe other Ford head rests will fit too?
