The seal around the whole edge of the poptop roof. The skylight is another matter...I don't have one yet....just a hole in the roof.

OK, I think that answers my question. The hollow foam cross-section piece is what I was wondering about.

I pulled it off, but I kept it, so I'll replace it the way it was after I clean it up a bit.
