Mark...It is a game the French play on every gravel patch or back yard or quiet lane or infact anywhere they can find. It consists of a 'Jack', which is a bit smaller than a golf ball and a set of 'Boul' which is 4 solid steel balls about baseball size for each player. Nearest the 'Jack' wins. A word of warning, watch out for your ankle bones when strolling through a French park!

Martin
