I think the issue would involve the header off of the front (1 & 3) cylinders. The syncro header has a bend in it to go up and over the frame of the skid plates, if I remember correctly. BTW, new syncro headers run about $330 from the dealer (proportionately high use of unobtanium during fabrication), and good used ones are very rare, indeed. Where the skid plate frame mounts in back should be standard: bolts near or at the rear motor mount, as I recall. The front may be a different situation, bolts to the driveline guard which mounts to the chassis, but you may be able to fab up something that works. One last note; be aware that many chores become harder with the advent of the skid plate. These chores include: removing oil filter, tranny drain plug access, and anything to do with exhaust headers. But it sure looks cool.
