Matt, don't give up hope yet! I would NOT accept the insurance company's low ball figures or even ones from the NADA book (a low ball book that is never used by dealers to sell anything only to buy). I would use Kelley's Blue book (always higher) and I would also get ads fromt the internet so support your claim that your van was worth at least $9000, if not more. It has worked for several other list members who made enough off of the insurance to either fix thier vans or buy new ones (one guy even bought a nicer van than he had for cheaper and put $3000 in his pocket!)
