While the panels are spot welded at the flanges, I would think that the seam sealant is the weld-through variety. The sealant would be applied to the flanges before the panels are mated. Since I have one that needs a rear corner after being ass-ended by a 101-year-old gentleman (I am not inventing this!), I certainly hope someone on the list writes that I am wrong. Richard |
