I'm always amused when people respond to complaints about poor service by saying 'well, he treated me ok'. Is that supposed to somehow negate someone elses legitimate complaint? Is that supposed to make them feel better? Its like the standard response given when anyone complains about anything today "well your the only one who has complained".

FWIW, Todd went out of his way to meet me in Olympia and take a ride in my syncro to listen to a tranny noise that I was concerned about. There was no real business conducted as he didn't charge me anything and I don't need a rebuild quite yet. He did do what he said he was going to do though, which was meet me at a certain place at a certain time. -Mark |
