Bulley, I think what I am accomplishing here is compensation for a lazy spring, or a spring that has lost some tension through the years, which is what I think has happened. The flap inside the AFM has become more responsive, responding quicker. If someone knows exactly, please jump in here. All I am sure of is, "it works".
