Fellow Listmembers,

It is discouraging to see in our community such deterioration of human
integrity.  Whether one party or the other is in the right, I judge
not.  Possibly there was a failure to communicate.  Communication is the
responsibility of the communicator.

With the two recent Vendor Bashings posted to the list, I have to ask:
why are services, and parts being paid for before receipt of said
services and parts?  What ever happened to the work being done, then
being paid for?
