I think that it is great that folks are really crucifying vendors on this list. All I want to know is where do we vendors get to post our list of the damned? Folks that order special parts and then never buy them, that have work done at our shops and never pay, or tell us that a part is defective and try to get thier money back and when they send us back the part it is a different one than we sent them.

This happens in life and as a whole I'll tell you what I do, and the other vendors on this list do: We eat it! And we don't complain.

So all I say is that there are two sides to every story. Don't jump the gun. I remember a year or so ago when a list vendor (who is now very respected) was having posts like this on him about once a month. What changed? Nothing, he just kept on doing business and eventually proved that he was a reliable source for parts and an all around good egg.

So don't be quick to judge others. The person could be worthy of his public reproof or not. Time will tell.

As for me I have had only one experience with Todd Hill and it was positive. Many experiences with Vanagon Projekt and all were positive.
