In a message dated 99-09-09 09:17:12 EDT, you write:

<< Folks that order special parts and then never buy them, that have work done at our shops and never pay, or tell us that a part is defective and try to get thier money back and when they send us back the part it is a different one than we sent them. >>

HMMM... this is easy. First, require payment up front for special orders. Second, you don't release vehicles/parts you've worked on without payment, do you? Third, refund will be sent when the original part has been returned undamaged. Seems like these are practices that most businesses adhere to. Obviously something is up with this Todd Hill guy. Ten years ago we would have had no way of alerting others about situations like this. GEX would still be screwing people right and left ( and still are, for those not on the Internet). I'm always amused when people who get scammed say "He/she seemed like such a nice person" Well, if they were an asshole, would you have handed your money over to them? Granted, some vendors have been slammed unfairly, but some have gotten what they deserved. Just my .02. Jeff S.
