Well, if someone doesn't send copies of all this to him, he cant defend himself, cause he doesn't know we are disregarding him behind his back. I wont take any side of this in any way, as I have no experience at all with any list vendor, but I believe it is not right to put any vendor in a pillory, no matter what he has or hasn't done. This is strictly a matter between the two parties on each side of the tranny, not the entirety of two mailing lists.
