Maybe it would be better to just retap the Z-stick rather than the head? Tap to a smaller size and use a reducer bushing (large OD of bushing fits head, smaller ID fits Z-stick). Just a thought....IMHO it's better to modify an easily replaceable part than modify a part of the van. Mark
