I have a  ORTEC spare tire carrier made for a Vanagon for sale. In my search
for this item I ended up with two!  This is an item out of the Winkler
catalog that was imported from Germany, and has never been used. It mounts on
the right rear corner of the van and swings out to open the hatch.

Price- $225.+shipping.  (I paid 240 or 250)
