My brother's '87 Syncro Westy weekender is having a hard time running in
the morning when it is cooler!   It doesn't idle right, till warm and is
not producing enough power till it is warm ether.   This is strange
because we bought it last December and it ran great all winter and when
we bought it.  It is summer so we do not know when this problem
developed but we need to get it fixed before real cold weather!  All we
have done to the engine is 20W-50 dino oil, fuel filter, bucking fix,
and new spark plugs.

PS Our shifting into second problem has been alleviated.  I believe it
is because the excess trans fluid has leaked out of the front section of
the trany.  I guess I over filled it.
