That wont ever happen, as long as you don't loose your rear wheels too!! Both the wheels and drums are held on to the hub by the wheel bolts or nuts. The little screws are probably only from the factory, before the wheels were mounted on the production line, to keep the drums from falling off.

I understand your worries if the wheel was mounted to the drum only, and the drum was only mounted to the hub, but it aint so, luckily.
